Straight blade is 13-1/2” long showing pamor/laminated blade  of steel, iron and nickel. After the blade is put in a bath of lime juice and Arsenic acid, it turns black with the nickel part as bright silver color. Thick brass cup is at the bottom of the wood handle. Scabbard is typical shape and solidly made .  Blade has a rough appearnce due to acid etchings.

Made in Java in the style of a Bugis kris. Approx.  20-25 years old.
