Orders placed on the Product page of the website using the shopping cart will automatically add shipping cost. Additional sales tax of 7-1/4% will be computed for California residents only and 8 3/4% for Contra Costa residents.

For FAX , and Mail Orders, the following information is needed. Phone Orders, please provide us with the same basic information:

-Name on the credit card

-Billing address

-Shipping address if different from above

-Credit card number, exp. date, 3 digit security number on the back

-Item(s) being purchased and amount

-Add tax if Calif. resident - 7.25% and 8.75% for Contra Costa Co.

-Any additional instructions

All payments should be in $US Dollar only.

Product Warranty

All products can be returned for refund within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. The item(s) must be in original sellable condition. Please allow variations on designs and dimensions since most of our products are handmade. Natural materials like wood, horn and leather are warranted for 30 days only.

Returns & Exchanges

Notify Kris cutlery for any returns or exchanges. Shipping charge are not refundable. Any exchange can be made within the 10-day warranty period only. The customer has to pay the "new" shipping charge for exchanged item.
