LAYAWAY

An initial deposit of 20% is required. Partial payments can be made at anytime. The balance is due in 4 months. The item will be shipped out after the last payment is received. Item(s) not paid in full by due date will be penalized for restocking fee of 15% of the total price

SALES TAX: California residents only

Add a sales tax of 8.25%. Multiply the price (excluding shipping cost) by .0825

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products can be returned for refund within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. The item(s) must be in original sellable condition. Please allow variations on designs and dimensions since most of our products are handmade. Natural materials like wood, horn and leather are warranted for 30 days only.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Notify Kris cutlery for any returns or exchanges. Shipping charge are not refundable. Any exchange can be made within the 10-day warranty period only. The customer has to pay the "new" shipping charge for exchanged item.
