DAO-QING is on SALE An affordable sword for use in martial arts or practicing forms. The 27 inch long 1060 carbon steel blade has a blunt edge for safety. The thick blade is 7mm (1/4 inch +) thick near the guard and the sword weighs 2.4 lbs. There are two blade grooves and a 5 inch swage/false edge on top near the point. Dark brass finish on zinc alloy metal is used for all the metal fittings and have floral motifs. Long 6 inch dark hardwood handle is permanently attached to the blade tang and does not rattle. Scabbard is dark hardwood and has hangers with chain. The metal fittings on top and bottom of the scabbard are thick. (shp. wt. 5 lbs.) Quantity discounts given to schools or dealers, please inquire.
