High quality folded steel blade with burl wood-grain measuring 27.5" long. The thick 8mm (5 /16") blade is 1 3/8 inches wide near the guard. There are two long blade grooves and swage/false edge 6" long on top near the point. Dark brass sleeve is found at the blade base. Oval brass guard has two dragon motifs, very tiny dots (hand crafted) and copper sheet covered rim. The 7 inch handle is traditionally wrapped with black cotton cord with brass ferrule and pommel with hand crafted dragon decorations. Hardwood scabbard has nice grain, dark brass fittings with dragon motif. Black braided cotton cord attached to the hangers of the scabbard. One of the best from Kris Cutlery.Comes with a bag.
